REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

At Dawnerz, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product integrity. Our refund and replacement policy is designed to ensure fair resolution in the event of a product issue, incorrect order, or change of mind.

1. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, you are eligible for a full replacement at no additional cost. You may:

  • Request an exchange for the correct item, or
  • Request an exchange for a different item and pay any applicable price difference

All shipping costs associated with these exchanges will be covered by Dawnerz.

2. Unwanted or Incorrect Orders (Customer Error)

If you placed an order in error or no longer wish to keep the product:

  • You may request a full refund with no restocking fee
  • You may opt to exchange the item for another product and pay the price difference

In these cases, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Change of Mind (Non-Defective Product)

If the product is not defective but you have changed your mind:

  • A full refund may be requested
  • Alternatively, you may exchange the item for another and pay the price difference

Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds and replacements are not available for:

  • Products not returned in original, new, and saleable condition, including items that are altered, worn, damaged, or missing their sewn-in serial number tags
  • Items with opened, damaged, or missing original packaging
  • Products that show signs of use, except where warranty coverage applies
  • Items sold as “used” or “open box”
  • Returns submitted without proof of purchase
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after purchase, unless under warranty

UNDELIVERABLE RETURNS

If a package is returned to Dawnerz due to an incorrect address or customer-related delivery error, the original shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund. Return shipping costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.

MISSING OR LOST ITEMS

Claims for lost items, missing components, or order discrepancies must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment confirmation date. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact our support team at info@dawnerz.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Attach clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any defects (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and notify you whether a refund or replacement is approved.
  • If approved, we will provide the appropriate return shipping address.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure traceable delivery.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original method of payment
  • Replacements, if approved, will be shipped promptly at no cost to you
