Dawnerz warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
WARRANTY PERIODS BY PURCHASE CHANNEL
Website Purchases (dawnerz.com)
All products purchased directly from our website include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Amazon and Other Marketplace Purchases
All products purchased via Amazon or other marketplaces include a standard 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Customers who register their product within this 30-day period will receive an extended 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper application, or external factors.
Replaced items will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The warranty for aesthetic imperfections (including strap webbing or sewing defects) is only valid if the product has not been used. Claims for aesthetic defects will not be accepted once the product has been put into use.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To make a claim under this warranty, you must:
- Complete the warranty claim form and provide at least one photo or video clearly showing the defect or issue
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Provide a photo of the branded sewn-in tag showing the unique serial number
Each Dawnerz product includes a branded sewn-in tag with a unique serial number. This tag must be present and legible for warranty validation. If the serial tag is missing or cannot be verified, the warranty claim may be declined.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation via email along with return instructions.
You are required to ship the product to the address provided.
SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product and delivery of the replacement.
If an exact replacement is unavailable, Dawnerz will:
- Provide the closest equivalent product, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method
ELIGIBILITY
Only the original purchaser or the individual who registered the product is eligible to submit a warranty claim.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper use
- Overloading beyond recommended capacity
- Improper attachment, edge loading, or incorrect application
- Normal wear and tear or reasonable aging affecting appearance only
- Products that have been repaired or modified
- Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser or registered owner
- Replacement requests based on personal preference (e.g. color, size, weight)
- Lost or stolen items
- Costs associated with third-party repairs or replacements
- Products used in competitive events
- Products purchased as “used” or “open box”
- Products without a valid sewn-in serial tag
RESPONSIBILITY
Users must follow all product warnings, guidelines, and recommendations provided by Dawnerz.
It is the user’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for the intended application and to ensure it is used correctly and safely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawnerz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
