Dawnerz offers complimentary Standard Ground Shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States—no minimum purchase required. This policy applies exclusively to list-priced items purchased through our website. Custom quotes, volume discounts, and certain product exclusions may not qualify. Free shipping includes standard ground delivery via small package with the carrier selected at Dawnerz’s discretion. Expedited services, shipments to PO Boxes, and non-qualifying products are excluded from this offer.
Returns & Exchanges
At Dawnerz, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and distribute. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized in advance. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to sending any product back. Select items may be eligible for exchange.

Return Guidelines
1. All returns must be clearly marked with the issued RA number.
2. Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original packaging unopened and intact, to qualify for a refund.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and associated costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining tracking information until your return is fully processed.
4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Confirmation & Shipment Tracking
After placing your order with Dawnerz, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. Once your order has shipped, a second email with tracking information will be sent automatically.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipment notification within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Tracking is available for all parcel and freight shipments directly through the Order Tracking Page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link and shipment details.
While estimated delivery timelines are determined by the selected carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, LTL freight), Dawnerz will actively support you in monitoring your shipment and resolving any delivery issues that arise after the order has left our facility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is missing, incomplete, or arrives damaged, we are here to assist. Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
To expedite the resolution process:
1. Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery, including all containers if your order shipped in multiple packages.
2. Note any visible damage or discrepancies.
3. If applicable, photograph any damage to packaging or product and include the images in your claim email.
4. If the issue appears to be carrier-related and no resolution has been provided, contact Dawnerz promptly and we will intervene on your behalf.
Package Theft Policy
At Dawnerz, we are committed to providing a secure and transparent order fulfillment process. While we take every measure to ensure that packages are delivered accurately and on time, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
In the event of suspected or confirmed package theft, customers are advised that this is a criminal matter requiring the involvement of local law enforcement. Dawnerz is unable to issue replacements or refunds for theft-related claims, as these fall outside the scope of our carrier agreements and internal claims processes.
To assist in any formal investigation or insurance claim, Dawnerz will provide the following documentation upon request:
- A complete list of package contents
- The total value of the shipped merchandise
- Tracking number(s) and shipping carrier details
- Delivery confirmation data including delivery timestamp and package count
We strongly encourage customers to take proactive measures to protect their deliveries by:
- Shipping to secure, attended locations (e.g., business addresses) whenever possible
- Monitoring carrier tracking closely
- Being available during the estimated delivery window
- Utilizing secure delivery lockers or signature-required services where applicable
