Experienced an issue with your product?

If you encounter any issues with your product, please fill out the form and include at least one photo or video showing the defect. A photo of the sewn-in tag with the serial number is required.

Once we review your claim, we'll email you with the approval status. If approved, you'll need to ship the product to us.
