REFUNDS
We aim to ensure your utmost satisfaction upon receiving your order. However, we acknowledge that there may be instances where returns or exchanges are necessary.
To address this, we have implemented a comprehensive 30-day return policy, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction. Simply return any unused item(s) in their original packaging, and we will promptly refund the full amount or provide a replacement.
In order to enhance the efficiency of our return process and facilitate your refund and/or exchange, we have streamlined our procedures. Refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
If the product is defective (or wrong), you may make an exchange for the same (correct) item, or you may exchange it for another item and pay the price difference (all shipping costs will also be for free).
If you have inadvertently placed an order for a product and do not intend to proceed with an exchange or modification for an alternative item, we are pleased to inform you that a complete refund will be provided.
If the product is not defective, but you change your mind, you may get a full refund or exchange it for another item and pay the price difference (you are responsible for all shipping costs).
The following items are ineligible for refund or replacement:
- Items that are not in their original new condition. The returned item must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and must have a sewn-in tag with the product's unique serial number.
- Products that have been used, with the exception of warranty cases.
- Products purchased as "used" or "open box."
- Items returned without a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date, with the exception of warranty cases.
In the event that the package is returned to Dawnerz without any damage, as a result of an address error or any other error made by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to bear the shipping costs incurred. Refunds for the item will be issued after deducting the shipping costs.
For any lost items or discrepancies in the order, customers are required to submit their claims within a period of 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
To initiate a return or request a replacement for your product, please contact us via email at info@dawnerz.com. In your email, kindly provide a detailed explanation for the return or exchange, accompanied by relevant pictures of the item.
Upon reviewing the condition of the product in accordance with our Refund Policy, we will promptly confirm whether a refund or replacement is applicable. If the product does not meet the necessary criteria, we will strive to find the most suitable solution to ensure your satisfaction.
Subsequently, we will provide you with the return address for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable method of shipment to ensure the safe and traceable delivery of the returned product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 to 4 business days, reimbursing you at the original purchase price through the original payment method. Alternatively, if a replacement is warranted, we will promptly dispatch a brand-new item to you.
