Can I Cancel My Order?
Before Fulfillment Begins
If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process (i.e., it has not been picked, packed, or assigned a tracking number), you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team immediately.
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at info@dawnerz.com
- Provide your order number and full name
- Use “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line
We will make every effort to intercept the order before it is fulfilled. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation from our support team.
After Fulfillment Has Started
Once your order has been fulfilled and assigned a tracking number, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
This is because:
- The item has already been packed and labeled for shipment
- Our logistics partners have taken custody of the order
- We incur irreversible shipping and handling costs at this stage

Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider cancellation requests for fulfilled orders under the following limited exceptions:
- Duplicate orders placed in error
- Invalid shipping address submitted at checkout
- Orders impacted by extended shipping delays not caused by force majeure events
